01 · The view
The Motława, the yachts and the city lights — straight from the sofa
The lounge and dining area have a run of windows along the whole wall, and behind them the Motława, a marina full of yachts and the new townhouses on the far bank. Morning mist over the water and the first kayaks; after dark, city lights on the river. You don't need to hunt for the shot or climb a viewing terrace — you sit on the windowsill with a mug and the photo takes itself. Your phone does the rest.
02 · Sleeping
Two bedrooms, and the lounge turns into a third. One curtain does it
Two separate rooms, each with a large double bed and its own blackout. The third pair sleeps on the sofa bed in the lounge — and this isn't the emergency option: draw the curtain and the lounge becomes a closed room with its own window on the river. Six people, three real bedrooms, one bill split six ways. Work out what that comes to per head, with a view like this. And if you would rather have three separate bedrooms than a lounge behind a curtain, there are three at LaStadia LUX, a few minutes away.
03 · Mornings
A coffee station instead of the latte queue, a second toilet instead of the bathroom queue
A big coffee station sits on the marble worktop: machine, kettle, a choice of coffees and teas. Your first cup is poured before the café downstairs has even formed a queue. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower behind glass and a WC, and the second toilet with its own basin is completely separate — with six people leaving at the same hour, that is the difference between a morning and a negotiation. The dressing room has a washing machine and an electric tumble dryer too: come back from the beach or a walk in the rain and everything is dry by evening.
04 · Location
Everything you came to Gdańsk for, inside ten minutes
Granaria stands on Granary Island, right in the middle of the city between the two arms of the Motława. The riverside promenade is two minutes from the door, and Słony Spichlerz — a food hall with a dozen-plus kitchens — is the same. Long Market and the Neptune Fountain five minutes, the Crane six, ul. Mariacka seven. In the evening, Ulica Elektryków in the old shipyard is about twenty-five minutes on foot, and the ride home at dawn is a few minutes in a taxi. There is paid parking under the building — though the car mostly sits there so you have something to leave in. We also let Chmielna 3c, a four-person flat in the same Granaria complex.
Who it's for
A group weekend
Six beds, two toilets and a dining table you all fit round at once. The first drink is at yours with the river in the window; then you head down. You can also see our other apartments on Granary Island.
Just the two of you
A double bedroom, a step-free shower, coffee by the window and Netflix on the smart TV. The whole Old Town is on the doorstep, so you needn't leave before noon.

Does the apartment have a river view?
Yes. The lounge and dining area have a run of windows looking straight onto the Motława, the marina full of yachts and the buildings on the far bank. The view runs along the whole living space, not one chosen window.
How many people does it sleep?
Six. Two bedrooms with large double beds plus a sofa bed in the lounge, which becomes a separate room once you draw the curtain. The flat is 70 m².
How many bathrooms and toilets are there?
A main bathroom with a walk-in shower behind glass and a WC, plus a second, completely separate toilet with its own basin. With six people, it is the feature guests mention most.
Is there parking at Granaria?
There is a car park under the building with metered spaces — PLN 50 per day (as of September 2026). The flat sits in the fully walkable part of Gdańsk, so the car usually stays put for the whole stay.
How far is the Old Town from Granaria?
Long Market and the Neptune Fountain are five minutes on foot, across the bridge to the other side of the Motława. The Crane is six minutes, ul. Mariacka seven, the riverside promenade two.
Is there a washing machine and dryer?
Yes. The dressing room has a washing machine and a separate electric tumble dryer, plus an iron. On a longer stay or a multi-week rental, that changes how you pack.
Is the internet good enough for remote work?
Fibre Wi-Fi at 300 Mb/s throughout, and a large dining table that works well as a desk. The lounge and bedroom both have smart TVs with Netflix.
Is the apartment suitable for children?
A high chair is already here and we add a travel cot on request — just flag it when you book. The building has a lift and the flat is on the first floor.
