It is 8 minutes on foot to Błonia Sopockie, 14 to the beach and 15 each to the Racecourse and the Sopot Museum. The Monte Cassino promenade is an 18-minute walk and the pier 27. The Sopot SKM station is 14 minutes on foot. It is a quiet district in the southern part of the resort, so after a day by the sea you come back to calm.

24 m², a bathtub, a lift and a well-equipped kitchen
This is a studio for 2 guests. The living room has a sofa bed, and next to it are a kitchenette and a dining area. The bathroom has a bathtub, so after a day on the beach you can soak in a bath, and there are also a hairdryer, soap and toilet paper. The kitchen has an oven, a hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a fridge, a coffee and tea set and wine glasses. A washing machine, an iron with an ironing board and a drying rack are on site. The TV has streaming, the pillows are hypoallergenic, and we provide linen and towels. You take the lift up to the apartment.

For dinner you can go to Ristorante Tesoro (9 minutes) or Wydział Relaksu (10), and for coffee to Na Fali (12). Żabka is 5 minutes from the apartment, Lewiatan 7 and a pharmacy 12. The estate is gated with security, so in the evening you come back to peace.
