Długa 59/61 — the postcard promenade is right outside your door
Długa is the most famous street in Gdańsk, and the apartment stands right on it. Neptune's Fountain is 130 m away (2 minutes), St Mary's Basilica 170 m and the Golden Gate 210 m. Mariacka Street is 5 minutes away and the Crane on the Motława is 8. Early in the morning, before the promenade fills up, the photo spots are all yours. You can walk everywhere — no car, no trams.

54 m², a separate kitchen and a bathtub — more space than a hotel room
The bedroom has a large double bed, and the sofa bed sleeps two more guests. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, with a kettle, and the apartment also has a washing machine, ironing equipment, a hairdryer, bed linen and towels. The Wi-Fi runs at 150 Mbps, plenty for remote work and streaming; in the evening there is a flat-screen TV with an online streaming service (e.g. Netflix). There is no air conditioning, but quiet fans help on hot days. After a day on the cobblestones, the bathtub does its job. The windows look out over the city.

Cocktails, dinner and coffee — and you walk home
Winston cocktail bar is 88 m from the door, and Starbucks is two townhouses further along (1 minute). Piwnica Rajców restaurant is 2 minutes away, Restauracja Canis 3 minutes, and coffee at Sips.Gdansk 4 minutes on foot. For essentials there is a Żabka shop on the ground floor of the building, and the Słony Spichlerz food hall is 7 minutes further on.

The apartment is 54 m² with one bedroom and sleeps up to 4 guests. There is a large double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a townhouse with no lift, so luggage goes up the stairs.
How does check-in work, and is there a reception?
Check-in is self-service with a door code, from 3 pm at any time of day. There is no reception, so from 3 pm you can arrive at any time of day. We send you the details before your arrival.

Yes. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, and there is a kettle. The Wi-Fi runs at 150 Mbps. How do I get here from the train station or the airport?
From Gdańsk Główny station it is about a 16-minute walk (1.1 km). From Lech Wałęsa Airport it takes about 20 minutes by car or taxi (16 km). To reach Sopot, take the SKM train from Gdańsk Główny; the pier in Sopot is about 50 minutes each way from the apartment.
Is there parking, and can I drive up to the apartment?
The apartment has no parking. Długa lies in a zone that only permit holders and taxis may enter; other cars cannot drive in. The nearest recommended places to park are the public car park by the Gdańsk Shakespeare Theatre (about 350 m, a 5-minute walk) and the Forum Gdańsk shopping centre car park (750 m, an 11-minute walk).
Is it noisy, and is there air conditioning?
There is no air conditioning; quiet fans help on hot days. You are on the busiest street in the Old Town, so in season and on weekend evenings you can hear the buzz of the promenade. That is the trade-off for having Neptune's Fountain, the Basilica and the bars next door. If quiet matters most to you, message us before booking.
What extra charges and house rules apply?
A refundable deposit of PLN 500 applies. The booking also includes the local tourist tax at the city rate (PLN 3.46 per person per night in 2026) and a one-off service fee per stay. A travel cot costs PLN 50 per stay. Pets are not allowed in the apartment; arriving with a pet incurs a penalty of PLN 1,000.
