You can shop at Żabka (4 minutes) or Dino (7). Free public parking is next to the building, though a free space is not guaranteed.

Yes, the apartment has a cot and a high chair, and a playground is a 4-minute walk from the building. There are also smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher. The apartment is reached by stairs, which is worth considering with a pushchair.
