The apartment is in Granaria on Granary Island, right by the Motława. The riverside promenade is 2 minutes on foot, Neptune's Fountain on Długi Targ 4 minutes, the Gdańsk Crane also 4 and Mariacka Street 5. Woosabi is 1 minute from the door, and the nearest Żabka 3. You can see the whole centre on foot.

70 m², two bedrooms and a river view straight from the sofa
The living and dining room have a band of windows along the whole wall, with the Motława, a marina full of yachts and the buildings on the far bank beyond. The windows also face Szafarnia Street. Both bedrooms have a large double bed and blackout, and the third pair sleeps on the sofa bed in the living room, which becomes a separate room when you draw the curtain. On the marble counter stands a coffee station with a coffee machine, a kettle, coffees and teas. The bathroom has a walk-in shower behind glass, and a second toilet with a sink is separate. The wardrobe holds a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron. The living room and bedroom have Smart TVs with Netflix.

Dinner, coffee and an evening by the water
Woosabi with Asian cuisine is 1 minute from the door, Chleb i Wino 2 and the Słony Spichlerz food hall 3. For specialty coffee, Drukarnia Café on Mariacka Street is 5 minutes away. In the evening, bars with terraces open along the Granary Island quay. Elektryków Street in the former shipyard area is about a 25-minute walk, and a taxi home takes a few minutes.

Where exactly is the apartment, what is nearby and is there a river view?
The apartment is at Chmielna 109 in Granaria, on Granary Island in Gdańsk, right by the Motława. How many guests fit, what are the beds like, and is there a lift?
The apartment is 70 m² with two bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests. Each bedroom has a large double bed, and the sofa bed in the living room sleeps the third pair. The apartment is on the first floor, and the building has a lift.
How does check-in work, and is there a reception?
Check-in is self-service with a door code, from 3 pm at any time of day. There is no reception on site, so from 3 pm you can arrive at any time of day, and we send you the details before your arrival. Late check-out is possible on request; ask us before you arrive.
How many bathrooms and toilets are there, and is there a washing machine?
There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower behind glass and a toilet, plus a second, fully separate toilet with a sink. The wardrobe holds a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron. Bedding and towels are provided.
Is there air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and can I work remotely?
The apartment has no air conditioning. Fibre Wi-Fi runs at 300 Mbps throughout, and the dining room has a big table that works as a desk. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a coffee station waits on the marble counter.
How do I get here from the station or the airport, and is there parking?
From Gdańsk Główny station it is about a 19-minute walk (1.5 km). From Lech Wałęsa Airport it takes about 22 minutes by car or taxi (16 km). To reach Sopot, take the SKM train from Gdańsk Główny; the pier in Sopot is about 55 minutes each way from the apartment. There is paid parking under the building, payable at a parking meter; the rate is shown on the meter. The apartment is within walking distance of the Old Town, so a car usually stays parked for the whole stay.
Is the apartment child-friendly?
A high chair is provided, and a travel cot can be added on request; just mention it when you book. The building has a lift, and the apartment is on the first floor. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
What extra charges and house rules apply?
A refundable deposit of PLN 800 applies. The booking also includes the local tourist tax at the city rate (PLN 3.46 per person per night in 2026) and a one-off service fee per stay. Pets are not allowed in the apartment; arriving with a pet incurs a penalty of PLN 1,000.
