Karlikowo — a quiet district, the beach 9 minutes on foot
The apartment is at Okrzei 24 in Sopot, in Karlikowo, a quiet district in the southern part of the resort. The beach is a 9-minute walk, the Sopot Museum 10 and the Monte Cassino promenade 15. It is 17 minutes on foot to the Racecourse, 18 to the Spa House (Dom Zdrojowy) and 23 to the pier. The Sopot SKM station is a 13-minute walk, so you can take the train to Gdynia and Gdańsk.

66 m², two bedrooms, a terrace and air conditioning in every room
One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds, and the living room has a sofa bed, so up to 6 guests can sleep here. On the terrace with garden furniture you can drink coffee from the Nespresso machine. Air conditioning works in every room and can be set separately in each of them. The kitchen has an oven, a hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a fridge and wine glasses. A washing machine, an iron and a drying rack are on site. The TV has streaming, the pillows are hypoallergenic, and we provide linen and towels.
03 · After dark
Coffee, lunch and shopping close to home
For coffee you can go to Na Fali (8 minutes), and for food to Wydział Relaksu (6), Pierogarnia Jurta (9) or Bar Przystań (10). Lewiatan is 4 minutes from the apartment, Żabka 6 and a pharmacy 9. The estate is gated with security, and you leave the car in the garage hall, included in the stay.

Two bedrooms, a sofa in the living room and sleeping places for 6 guests give everyone their own space. You set the air conditioning separately in each room, and you can spend the evenings on the terrace.

Where exactly is the apartment and what is nearby?

The apartment has 66 m² and two bedrooms, and sleeps up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds, and the living room has a sofa bed. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the building has a lift.
How does check-in work, and is there a reception?
Check-in is self-service with a door code, from 3 pm at any time of day. There is no reception on site, so from 3 pm you can arrive at any time of day, and we send you the details before your arrival. Late check-out is possible on request; ask us before you arrive.
How is the kitchen equipped and is there a washing machine?
The kitchen has an oven, a hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a fridge, a Nespresso machine and wine glasses. A washing machine, an iron and a drying rack are on site.
Is there air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and can I work remotely?
Air conditioning works in every room and can be set separately in each of them. The Wi-Fi runs at up to 300 Mbps, which is enough for video calls and cloud work.
How do I get here from the station or the airport, and is there parking?
The Sopot SKM station is a 13-minute walk from the apartment. From Lech Wałęsa Airport it takes about 28 minutes by car or taxi (21 km). A space in the garage hall is included in the stay.
Is the apartment safe and suitable for families with children?
The estate is gated with security, and you take the lift to the 3rd floor. A travel cot is available; ask us before you arrive. The apartment has smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher.
What extra charges and house rules apply?
A refundable deposit of PLN 800 applies. The booking also includes the local tourist tax at the city rate (PLN 6.67 per person per night in 2026) and a one-off service fee per stay. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
