The apartment is in Baltica Towers, on a gated estate with security in Gdańsk's Brzeźno district. A Żabka and a Biedronka are a 5-minute walk from the building, and the Uczniowska tram stop is 6 minutes on foot. The beach is 15 minutes away and the Brzeźno pier 20. By car, Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk is 6 minutes away and Neptune's Fountain in the Old Town 16.

67 m², two bedrooms, a large terrace and a 75-inch TV for six guests
Each bedroom has a large bed, and the living room has a sofa bed for two guests. A baby cot can be added to either bedroom on request. The living room has a kitchenette with a hob, a dishwasher and a kettle, plus a dining table, and the 75-inch TV is great for matches and films. The bathroom has a large shower cabin, where a baby bath can be placed, and a large-capacity washing machine. The large, sunny terrace is made for meals outdoors. Fans help on hot days.

Sauna, gym and a rooftop terrace in the building
In Baltica Towers you can use a relaxation area with a sauna and a gym at no extra charge. There is a rooftop terrace with views of the Baltic Sea and the Tricity, and a private park on the estate where you can relax with children. For an extra fee you can play on the tennis court next to the building. Tapas Rybka and Derkacz are 13 and 14 minutes on foot for dinner, and an outdoor parking space is included in the price.

Two bedrooms and a sofa bed give six sleeping places. On request we add a baby cot, a high chair is available, and a private park waits on the estate.

Where exactly is the apartment and what is nearby?

How many guests fit, what are the beds like and is there a lift?
The apartment has 67 m² and two bedrooms, and sleeps up to 6 guests. Each bedroom has a large bed, and the living room has a sofa bed for two. The apartment is on the 1st floor, and the building has a lift.
How does check-in work, and is there a reception?
Check-in is self-service with a door code, from 3 pm at any time of day. There is no reception on site, so from 3 pm you can arrive at any time of day, and we send you the details before your arrival. Late check-out is possible on request; ask us before you arrive.
How is the kitchen equipped and is there a washing machine?
The living room has a kitchenette with a hob, a dishwasher and a kettle, and a dining area with a table. The bathroom has a large shower cabin and a large-capacity washing machine. An iron, a hairdryer and a drying rack are on site, and bed linen and towels are included.
Is there air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and can I work remotely?
The apartment has no air conditioning, but fans work on hot days. The Wi-Fi runs at up to 300 Mbps. There is a desk, and two bedrooms let you separate work and rest.
How do I get here from the station or the airport, and is there parking?
From Gdańsk Główny station it is about 11 minutes by car (6 km), and from Lech Wałęsa Airport about 22 minutes (14 km). The Uczniowska tram stop is a 6-minute walk. An outdoor parking space is included in the price.
Is the apartment good for a family with children, and what is in the building?
Yes, on request we add a baby cot, and a baby bath can be placed in the shower cabin. The estate has a private park, and the building has a sauna and a gym at no extra charge and a rooftop terrace. The tennis court next to the building is paid.
What extra charges and house rules apply?
A refundable deposit of PLN 800 applies. The booking also includes the local tourist tax at the city rate (PLN 3.46 per person per night in 2026) and a one-off service fee per stay. Pets are not allowed in the apartment; arriving with a pet incurs a penalty of PLN 1,000.
