The apartment has two bedrooms and a large living room. For sleeping there is a double bed and three sofa beds, each for two people, so it sleeps up to 8. The kitchen has a hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, a kettle and a coffee and tea set, and the dining area has a table. Air conditioning cools the apartment on hot days. The large terrace is made for breakfast with a morning coffee. A washing machine, a drying rack, an iron and a hairdryer are on site, and cable TV and online streaming fill the evenings.

A gym, playgrounds and garage parking on the estate
On the estate you can use a gym and a playground, indoor and outdoor, for children and adults. The grounds are gated and secured, and a space in the garage is included in the price. For dinner, Tapas Rybka is 11 minutes away, Tawerna Boma 12, and ice cream and waffles are an 11-minute walk.

A refundable deposit of PLN 800 applies. The booking also includes the local tourist tax at the city rate (PLN 3.46 per person per night in 2026) and a one-off service fee per stay. Pets are allowed for an extra fee: PLN 100 for the first night and PLN 50 for each following night, per animal.
