Where exactly is the room and what is nearby?
The room is in an apartment in a building at Grunwaldzka 4/6 in Sopot, in the centre of the resort. On foot it is 1 minute to the State Art Gallery, 2 to the Crooked House, 5 to the beach and 8 to the pier. The Żabka shop is 1 minute from the building and Carrefour Express 4.
How many guests fit in Room B and what are the beds like?
Room B has 26 m² and sleeps up to 3 guests. It has a double bed, a sofa bed and air conditioning. The room is private and locks with a key, and you share the kitchen and bathrooms with guests of the other rooms.
How does check-in work, and is there a reception?
Check-in is self-service with a door code, from 3 pm at any time of day. There is no reception on site, so from 3 pm you can arrive at any time of day, and we send you the details before your arrival. Late check-out is possible on request; ask us before you arrive.
Who do I share the kitchen and bathrooms with, and what is in them?
The apartment has two shared bathrooms; a shower and a hairdryer are available. The shared kitchen has a hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave and cooking utensils. The apartment also has a washing machine.
Is there air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and can I work remotely?
The room has air conditioning. The Wi-Fi runs at up to 300 Mbps, which is enough for video calls and work in the cloud.
How do I get here from the station or the airport, and is there parking?
The Sopot SKM station is an 11-minute walk from the building. From Lech Wałęsa Airport it takes about 29 minutes by car or taxi (21 km). You reach the 1st floor by stairs. There is no parking, so in central Sopot it is easier to arrive by train or taxi.
Can I rent the whole apartment for a larger group?
The apartment has three private rooms and sleeps up to 7 guests in total. The whole apartment has 98 m² and can be rented in full; write to us and we will check the availability of all three rooms.
What extra charges and house rules apply?
A refundable deposit of PLN 500 applies. The booking also includes the local tourist tax at the city rate (PLN 6.67 per person per night in 2026) and a one-off service fee per stay. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
