You need 15 minutes to reach the Gdynia Główna SKM station. The building has a lift.

The studio has 28 m² and sleeps 2 guests. You sleep on a double bed, and a sofa stands in the lounge area. The studio has a balcony, and the view is of the city and the inner courtyard. Garden furniture is available. The kitchenette is fully equipped: a fridge, a hob, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, a coffee and tea set, cooking utensils and wine glasses. You can eat at the table in the dining area. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower cabin, a hairdryer, shampoo, soap and a free toiletry set. An iron with ironing equipment, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV with cable channels and access to an online film service are also on site. We provide linen and towels.

For dinner the nearest are Oberża 86 (9 minutes), Neon Starowiejska (11) and the Serio restaurant (12). In the evening you can go to the Konsulat Kultury (7) or the Musical Theatre (12). The Żabka shop is 1 minute from the building, Biedronka 3 and the Apteka Dyżurna pharmacy 4.
