The apartment is in Granaria on Granary Island, right by the Motława. The riverside promenade is 3 minutes on foot, Neptune's Fountain on Długi Targ 5 minutes, the Gdańsk Crane 6 and Mariacka Street 7. A Żabka shop is on the ground floor of the building, and True Restaurant and the Słony Spichlerz food hall are right next door. You can see the whole centre on foot.

59 m², a panoramic living room and a balcony — a river view instead of a wall
The living room has panoramic glazing and a balcony overlooking the Motława and the yachts. The bedroom with a large double bed has a velvet headboard and crystal lamps, and a black-and-white panorama of the Old Town on the wall. The living room has a sofa bed and a single sofa, so the apartment sleeps up to five. The kitchenette has a hob, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. You also get a washing machine, an iron, a hair dryer, a free cosmetics set, air conditioning and board games.
03 · After dark
Dinner, board games and a walk by the water
True Restaurant, known for its steaks, is 2 minutes from the door. Woosabi with Asian cuisine, the Słony Spichlerz food hall and Chleb i Wino are 3 minutes away, and Ritz Restaurant 7. In the evening the Motława promenade lights up, and at home there are board games and puzzles. You are back at the apartment in a few minutes, no taxi needed.

Where exactly is the apartment and what is nearby?
The apartment is at Chmielna 2/3 in Granaria, on Granary Island in Gdańsk, right by the Motława. On foot, the riverside promenade is 3 minutes away and Neptune's Fountain 5. The Gdańsk Crane takes 6 minutes, Mariacka Street 7 and the AmberSky Ferris wheel 10.
How many guests fit, what are the beds like, and is there a lift?
The apartment is 59 m² with one bedroom and sleeps up to 5 guests. There is a large double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed and a single sofa in the living room. The apartment is on the third floor, and the building has a lift.
How does check-in work, and is there a reception?
Check-in is self-service with a door code, from 3 pm at any time of day. There is no reception on site, so from 3 pm you can arrive at any time of day, and we send you the details before your arrival. Late check-out is possible on request; ask us before you arrive.
Is there air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and can I cook?
Yes. The apartment is air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi runs at 300 Mbps. The kitchenette has a hob, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. There is also a washing machine, an iron, a hair dryer and a free cosmetics set.
How do I get here from the train station or the airport?
From Gdańsk Główny station it is about an 18-minute walk (1.4 km). From Lech Wałęsa Airport it takes about 22 minutes by car or taxi (16 km). To reach Sopot, take the SKM train from Gdańsk Główny; the pier in Sopot is about 55 minutes each way from the apartment.
Is there parking, and can I drive in?
Yes. A space in the garage hall under the building is included in the price of your stay. Cars up to 2.0 m high can enter; taller vehicles will not fit. The lift in the building makes it easy to carry luggage up to the apartment.
Is it quiet, and what is the balcony like?
Inside the apartment it is quiet and calm. The balcony faces the Motława, so in season and in the evenings you may hear the buzz of the promenade there. In return you get a view of the river and the yachts, and the panoramic windows of the living room.
What extra charges and house rules apply?
A refundable deposit of PLN 600 applies. The booking also includes the local tourist tax at the city rate (PLN 3.46 per person per night in 2026) and a one-off service fee per stay. Pets are not allowed in the apartment; arriving with a pet incurs a penalty of PLN 1,000.
