No waiting for keys
There is no reception and you don't need to meet anyone. Entry, payments and contact are all handled without meeting in person.

We rent out apartments for short stays on behalf of their owners. We take care of photos, pricing, sales on booking platforms, guest service, cleaning and settlements. Besides short stays, we also run hybrid rentals: off-season, business and long-term.

How many apartments does Comfy Apartments have?
Over 70 apartments in Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia. Directly on our website you can book 31 places in Gdańsk, 13 in Sopot (10 apartments and 3 rooms) and 7 in Gdynia. We rent out the other apartments as hybrid rentals: off-season, business and long-term.
Can I rent an apartment for a longer stay?
Yes. Besides short stays, we run hybrid rentals: off-season, business and long-term. Call or email us and we will match you with the right apartment and terms.
How long has Comfy Apartments been operating?
Since November 2019. The company, Comfy Apartments Sp. z o.o., is based in Gdynia.
How does check-in work?
You check in by yourself, at any time from 3 pm. 90% of our apartments have an electronic lock; in the others the key waits in a code key box. You receive entry instructions before arrival.

How much does apartment management by Comfy cost?
In the flexible plan commission starts at 18%, and Booking.com and Airbnb fees are settled separately. In the all-inclusive plan the commission is 30% and includes platform fees. Details and a calculator are on the page for owners.
