Set your dates
Longer by the sea: at least 7 or 14 nights between 1 Nov 2026 and 31 May 2027. The discount does not apply to the nights of 30 and 31 December and 1 January.
Choose an apartment
The price in the list already includes the discount. The service fee and local tourist tax are shown in the summary before payment.

Can discounts be combined?
No. Each offer is a separate rate. You choose one of them.
I can't see the “Longer by the sea” offer in the list. Why?
The “Longer by the sea” offer appears only for stays of 7+ nights (−25%) or 14+ nights (−35%) between 1 November 2026 and 31 May 2027, except the nights of 30 Dec–1 Jan. Extend your stay or change your dates.
What are the cancellation terms?
Longer by the sea: 40% prepayment, full refund up to 7 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 3 days before arrival, no refund after that.
Which fees are added to the price?
A service fee and the local tourist tax. Both are shown in the booking summary before you pay. A refundable security deposit is optional.
Is breakfast included?
Not in the “Longer by the sea” offer. You can have breakfast delivered to your door by choosing a ‘with breakfast’ rate. It is available in selected apartments for arrivals at least 2 days away.
Discounts apply to the accommodation price and cannot be combined. The number of apartments in each offer depends on availability. The images next to the offers are AI-generated mood visualisations, not photos of a specific apartment. You will find real photos of every apartment on the booking page.
